(Friday, May 1, 2020) As directed by Governor Andrew M. Cuomo's executive order, our Catholic schools will remain closed through the end of June, thus making home-based learning our format as we close the academic year.
Breakfast and Lunch are provided free of charge for all St. Peter's UPK students Monday through Friday. If you are in need of food for your child, here is some information on where to pick up Breakfast and Lunch:
If your students qualify for free & reduced meals, and you would like them to receive breakfast and lunch for the rest of the week, meals will be distributed at the Hyde Park Central School District Office, located at 11 Boice Road (across from Regina Coeli Church on Route 9).
Distributions are every Monday:
10am to Noon
4pm to 5pm.
To help limit interaction, and to adhere to department of health recommendations, families will be required to get out of the car to pick up their meals. Meals will be placed on a table 6 feet away from staff.
If you are unable to pick up during designated times, please contact us at [email protected], or call (845)229-4006 for other arrangements.

Our fish are doing well!
Before we left school, you gave me ideas for names for our fish.
I chose names for each of them that more than one person suggested.
They are.....drum roll, please......
Goldie, and
Silv Star
Goldie and Silv Star will be spending Spring Break next week with Mrs. Brands. They arrived early and are settling in. Goldie was swimming so fast, it was hard to take a good picture of him. Silv Star seemed to pose for the camera!

The intent is not to overwhelm you, but to give you resources that you can use at home to support your child's learning. Our guidelines are to provide an hour to an hour and a half of academics each day for Pre-Kindergarten students.
